We do not aggregate this geo-data with your personal data, but use it only for the purpose of localization within the context of the app or sub-function of an app you have requested. After localization, we discard this geo-data. Depending on your end device, you can generally switch off the option of locating (see information from the manufacturer of your device). Then, however, the localization feature of the app is not available. Data is also stored on your terminal, the storage of personal data is always in encrypted form, some data is also stored in unencrypted form. In case of loss of your device, a misuse by third parties cannot be excluded. We therefore recommend that you use the device-specific measures against misuse (use lock etc.). The PHA collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing the application process. The processing can also be done electronically. The controller processes (in this sense also: stores) the personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage or, if so required by law or regulation, by the European Directives and Regulators, provided for by the controller.If the storage purpose is omitted or if a storage period prescribed by the European directives and regulations or any other relevant legislator expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
