Rated hiking path "Pfälzer Weinsteig" - This 153 km hiking trail winds through the Palatinate Forest, the vineyards of the Palatinate and historical wine-making villages. 11 stages of 12-21 km each let hikers of all abilities explore a bit of the Palatinate. We offer a shuttle service to the start of the hiking trail in Neuleiningen. You can also reach it easily by foot: over the Grünstadter Berg and the "Höllenpfad", which gives you a fantastic view of the Rhine Valley (also see hiking trail "Deutsche Weinstraße - 1st stage).
Premium hiking trail "Leininger Burgenwanderweg" - This 22 km leg highlights the scenic highlights of the Leiningerland. It contains many of the regions loveliest fortresses.
Themed hiking trail "Deutsche Weinstraße" - The "Deutsche Weinstraße" can also be explored on foot. Over nearly 100 km, this hiking trail demonstrates nearly all aspects of Germany's largest contiguous wine-growing region. Please note that this trail is one of the more ambitious tours, however. Stages of around 20 km each and elevation differences of up to 150 m require a high level of fitness.
"Eckbachmühlenweg" and "Drei-Burgenwanderweg"- The Eckbach-Mühlenwanderweg promises relaxation surrounded by nature. The historical, easy trail follows the course of the Eckbach stream over 10 kilometres, through forest and grape orchards, past 23 former mills, vineyards and inns.
"Kneipp-Wanderwege Eistal" - Four different trails are located here, all of which begin in the Eistal. They are between 8 and 10 km each and offer many opportunities for taking Kneipp cures.
